The Business Deposit Account Application allows you to apply for Checking, Savings, and CD accounts.
What to Expect
After answering some basic questions about yourself and your business you will have the ability to directly print your application for review and signature.
Once you are satisfied with your application, you will be provided instructions for assembling additional required documentation. You will need to complete, print, sign where indicated and return to HSBC Bank by mail.
Once we receive your application and the supporting documentation we can determine eligibility.

Getting Started
Please have the following available:
- Tax Identification Numbers (TIN & SSN)
- The date your business was established
- Copies of your certificate(s) to conduct business and/or use a assumed name (varies depending on how your business is organized)
- Authorized signer's address information (home and business)
- Copies of current state driver's license or government issued ID for all signers.

FOR OPENING A NEW ACCOUNT
All applicants must be at least 18 years of age, a U.S. Citizen or Resident Alien with a U.S. address and tax identification number to apply online.
To help the government fight the funding of terrorism and money laundering activities, Federal law requires all financial institutions to obtain, verify, and record information that identifies each person or entity that opens an account.
What this means for you: If you open a personal account, we will ask for your name, address, taxpayer identification number, date of birth, and other information that will allow us to identify you. Additionally, we will take certain steps to verify your identity, such as asking for your driver's license or other identifying documents or checking other sources. Similar identification requirements apply to non-personal accounts such as corporations and partnerships. Be assured that we recognize the importance of protecting your privacy and safeguarding the confidentiality of the information you provide to us.
